[INITIAL INCIDENT] [01.1] Share some key highlights about your project. Include key facts like your vision, scope, timeline, and budget. Add any extra details that matter to you. Send your project inquiry to mail@yence-studio.com. At YENCE Studio, we always assess whether we’re the right fit. We avoid committing to projects where vision, design needs, or personality don’t align with our values. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
[CONFRONTATION] [01.2] Our first calls are down to earth – relaxed conversations where we get to know each other and see if there’s a good match. We’ll talk through your project, big-picture goals, and design vision. Flexibility, including working across time zones, is central to YENCE.
[CLIMAX & RESOLUTION] [01.3] After our first chat, we’ll create a detailed estimate. Review it, ask questions, or suggest changes. The proposal defines the scope and gives a cost estimate. Once approved, we’re excited to bring your project to life. This is where creativity kicks in and ideas take shape—together we make your vision Larger Than Life & Screens… Upon approval, and depending on the scope, we ask for an initial payment after the first design round, with the balance due at completion.
